On 10/23/2020, Joint Ordinance No. 76, of October 22, 2020, was published in the Official Gazette of the Union, which provides for the New Schedule for Implementation of the Simplified Digital Bookkeeping System for Social Security, Labor and Tax Obligations ( eSocial).

It was established that the events related to Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) are the layouts: S-2210 - Communication of Occupational Accidents, S-2220 - Monitoring of Occupational Health and S-2240 - Environmental Conditions at Work - Factors of Risk.

​

The beginning of the obligation to send events related to Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) will occur progressively, in compliance with the following phases of the New Schedule:
