The sending of OSH events to Public Bodies has been extended
Joint Ordinance MTP/RFB/ME No. 2, of April 19, 2022, amends Joint Ordinance SEPRT/RFB/ME No. 71, of June 29, 2021, to extend the implementation schedule of the Simplified Digital Bookkeeping System Social Security, Labor and Tax - eSocial for the 4th group of obligated persons, represented by public bodies.
According to Joint Ordinance SEPRT/RFB/ME No. 71, information regarding Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) events related to public bodies was expected to be sent to eSocial from 07/11/2022, however, with the publication of Joint Ordinance MTP/RFB/ME No. 2, the sending of SST events to this group was extended to as of 8:00 am on January 1, 2023, referring to facts that occurred as of that date.
