At the meeting of the CTPP (Permanent Joint Tripartite Commission) that took place on November 5th and 6th, the extension of the entry into force of the PGR (Risk Management Program) was approved, contained in the new NR 1 (General Provisions and Occupational Risk Management ), as well as the entry into force of the new normative texts of NRs 7 (PCMSO), 9 (Evaluation and Control of Occupational Exposures to Physical, Chemical and Biological Agents), 17 (Ergonomics) and 18 (Construction Industry), for the August 1st, 2021.

The objective is to harmonize the terms of validity of Regulatory Norms.

​

The previous deadlines for NRs 1, 7 and 9 were March and for NR 18, February, next year. The new NR 17 is still awaiting publication.
