Normative Instruction PRES/INSS No. 128, which governs the rules, procedures and routines necessary for the effective application of social security law rules, was published on March 28, 2022.

Among the changes introduced by IN 128 is theupdate of the Social Security Professional Profile - PPP, an employment history document of the worker, which must now be issued in accordance with the form in Annex XVII, and which must contain the following basic information:

I - Administrative data of the company and the worker;
II - Environmental records; It is
III - Responsible for the information.

​

In the New PPP some fields were included, changed and others removed. Examples of removed fields: NIT, CTPS (Nº, Serial and UF) of the worker and the biological monitoring results section, which previously presented the clinical and complementary medical exams, as well as the responsible physician's data.
