Regarding Group 1 companies, although the deadline for sending the S-2220 (Worker's Health Monitoring) after 10/13/2021 is until the 15th (fifteenth) day of the month following the corresponding exam (ASO) and the deadline for sending the initial load and changes to the S-2240 (Environmental Work Conditions - Risk Factors) is also until the 15th (fifteenth) of the month following the beginning of the obligation of this event (10/13/ 2021), orThe eSocial Production Environment is already hosting Group 1 OSH events.
This means that, in addition to being able to send the S-2210 event (CAT) as early as October/21, as its deadline is up to the first working day following the occurrence and, in case of death, immediately, it is also possible to send the S-2220 and S-2240, provided10/13/2021.

The eventS-2240 (Environmental Work Conditions - Risk Factors)requires an initial load with the description of the information on the starting date of its obligation. Thus, for companies in Group 1, an S-2240 must be sent to each worker with an active contract, with the condition starting date being October 13, 2021, as provided in the eSocial Guidance Manual.
The eventsS-2210 (CAT)It isS-2220 (Worker Health Monitoring)do not require an initial load, recording the information that occurs from the beginning of the obligation of OSH events in eSocial for the company.
Thus, if a worker from a Group 1 company has an accident after 10/13/2021, the CAT must be issued by sending an S-2210 event. Likewise, if there is an Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) issued from October 13, 2021, it will be necessary to send some information from this document through event S-2220.
Such information is intended to replace the current form of issuing the Occupational Accident Report (CAT) and the Professional Social Security Profile (PPP), as provided for in Ordinance SEPRT no. 4,334, of April 15, 2021 and MTP Ordinance no. 313, of September 22, 2021.
