
Joint Ordinance No. 55 of 09/03/2020 suspends the schedule for new eSocial deployments.
On 12/24/2019, the Special Secretary for Social Security and Labor had published Ordinance No. 1,419, which released the new mandatory eSocial calendar.
On that occasion, there was also a change in the start schedule of Occupational Health and Safety - OSH events, for all groups.
For example, for Group 1 - Companies with revenues greater than R$78 million, OSH - Occupational Health and Safety events (S-2210, S-2220 and S-2240) should be transmitted to the eSocial System from 08 /09/2020.
However, on 09/04/2020, the Special Secretary for Social Security and Labor and the Special Secretary for the Federal Revenue of Brazil, of the Ministry of Economy, published Joint Ordinance No. 55, of September 3, 2020, suspending the schedule of new implementations of the Digital Bookkeeping System for Tax, Social Security and Labor Obligations - eSocial provided for in SEPRT Ordinance No. 1,419, of December 23, 2019.
A new schedule will be published at least 6 months in advance for new eSocial deployments.
