The start of eSocial for SST it was scheduled for June 8, 2021, but it had to be postponed until Version S-1.0 of eSocial is ready.
As publication on the government website, on June 8, 2021, this change occurred due to the need to reschedule Version S-1.0 according to adjustments in the CNIS (National Social Information Register) by Dataprev (Social Security Technology and Information Company).
Information regarding the new eSocial SST schedule will be released shortly through an Ordinance.
Start of eSocial for OSH should be maintained for 2021
The Labor Tax Auditor, José Alberto Maia, informed that due to the unforeseen situation with Version S-1.0, the sending of OSH data to eSocial had to be postponed, since OSH Events can only be sent in this version. The expectation is that the start of eSocial for OSH will remain within 2021, since entry only depends on the new start date for the implementation of Version S-1.0, which will soon also be informed by the Government.
The events that make up the OSH area are:S-2210 – Reporting an Accident at Work, S-2220 – Worker Health Monitoring e S-2240 – Environmental Work Conditions – Risk Factors. The three tables generate information on workers in the performance of their work activities.
